Day 1 Cairo Right after getting off the plane, we made our way to the Pyramids of Giza, the oldest and only site in existence amongst the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World.
 Then we came face to face with the Sphinx.
 During lunch, I got to carry this lion cub :)
 After a few more pyramids, we concluded the day with a camel ride
 Isnt this the cutest face ever?

Day 2 Cairo - Luxor From Cairo, we took a domestic flight to Luxor. After checking to our River Nile Cruise, we visited the Luxor Temple.
 where we kinda started taking random pictures.

 Next stop was another temple. The Karnak Temple, which is dedicated to the god Amon.

Day 3 Luxor - Edfu We woke up early in the morning at 4 to go for a ride in the hot air balloon.


 Followed by a visit to the Vally of the Kings and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.


Day 4 Edfu - Kom Ombo After passing through the locks at Esna, we transfered by an Egyptian horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus which is dedicated to the Falcon God.

 That night, we had a glabia-themed party.

Day 5 Kom Ombo - Abu Simbel - Aswan Morning call was at 2.30 am. With just 2 hours of sleep, we went to the Sun Temple of Abu Simbel
 Then to the old and high dams

Day 6 Aswan - Cairo Visited the ancient granite quarries and the unfinished Obelisk.
 After lunch, we took a boat ride to the Temple of Philae, which rises from the waters of the Nile on the Island of Isis.
 Followed by another ride on a traditional felucca around the Elephantine Islands.


 Thereafter, we transferred to Cairo by an overnight train. Look at how small the room is!

Day 7 Cairo Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali
 Next, we shopped at Khan Al Khalili, the largest bazzar in the Middle East with more than 4000 stalls.
Day 8 Cairo - Alexandria - Cairo Drove north to Alexandria, 'Pearl of the Mediterranean'. Saw the Morsi Abu Abas Mosque, Catacombs.... Roman Amphitheatre
 and the Pompey's Pillars
 We strolled along the shore of the Eastern Harbour that overlooks the Mediterranean.

Day 9 Cairo We visited an Egyptian house.


Day 10 Cairo - Singapore Melvin celebrated his 17th birthday on the plane. Look at what Ricky made him do. HAHHAHAHAHHAHA

OMG YOU ARE ONE LUCKY GIRL! The last time I was supposed to go to Egypt, the damn company winded up and ran off with our money. =(
